Ms. Olson originally hails from the Pacific Northwest, it was there, in a small town in Oregon that she discovered herself in dance. This small town provided her with the big influence of Innovative Dance Studio; which became her ‘home away from home’ as she extensively studied jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet and acrobatics. After winning a scholarship to come to New York and study with top names at a summer intensive, she decided to make the Big Move.

Now a New York based performer, Ms. Olson has been working professionally for 12 years. With the contemporary dance company Roschman Dance she has had the privilege to perform at several festivals, as well as at Lady GaGa’s “ArtPop” rave in Brooklyn. Ms. Olson has also toured nationally with Kathleen Marshall’s Anything Goes, and Susan Stroman’s Bullets over Broadway. Ms. Olson has had the immense fortune to work with Tony winning choreographer Susan Stroman again at Lincoln Center in the 25th Anniversary concert performance of Crazy for You, to understudy the principal dancers at the Metropolitan Opera in Merry Widow, and other pre-Broadway workshops and labs.

With a sky reaching battement, Ms. Olson is a very athletic dancer with high-voltage leaps, a mega-watt smile and a sincere connection to musicality.
